Hello

I completed my PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Calcutta, India, in 2019. I have worked as a postdoc in the United States from Feb 2019 to Jun 2021. As a computational biologist, my research interest lies in the integrative analysis of NGS data at different molecular levels, from the genome & epigenome to the proteome, via the transcriptome. I have also worked as an Assistant Professor of Bioinformatics for a few months (April 2023 - December 2023) at Marwadi University, Gujarat, India. Currently, I am working at SRM Institute of Science & Technology as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology.
