I completed my PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Calcutta, India, in 2019. I have worked as a postdoc in the United States from Feb 2019 to Jun 2021. As a computational biologist, my research interest lies in the integrative analysis of NGS data at different molecular levels, from the genome & epigenome to the proteome, via the transcriptome. I have also worked as an Assistant Professor for a few months each in the Department of Bioinformatics at Marwadi University, Gujarat, India (April 2023 - December 2023), and in the Department of Biotechnology at SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India (March 2025 - December 2025).
